The Linealec is a Lightbar from LEC and is one of the most flexible and amongst the most popular of the LEC products.
A huge array of functions include decorative applications, enhancing public art or the lightbars being the art themselves when controlled in interesting and evocative ways. They alternatively can be used as markers for pedestrian guidance, embedded within handrails, used for wall washing, boundary definition, and safety indicators such as on platform edges.
The Linealec is also a façade spotlight and is utilised in installations to highlight architectural features or elements within the landscape that help to provide an enhanced sense of identity for a location. Some examples of the implementation of these spotlights are sculptures, public art installations or historical details on buildings.
Façade spotlights cast interesting shadows, enhance design features and can deliver artistic contrast across a multitude of urban elements.
