We are really thrilled with our new workspace, it's just the environment we intended it to be, and it's exceeded our expectations. It was really important to us that it was more than just a place to work - it needed to be a positive experience for everybody. We gelled perfectly with the Woodhouse team from pitch stage, they really wanted to make it a positive experience for us.

We like to think of our new headquarters as the heart of CAE: a place where we can get together, entertain our clients, and host events. When we first engaged with Woodhouse, we had some simple objectives: to expand our organisation and create an environment that was excellent for our customers. They undertook a strategy process by engaging with our staff and undertaking workshops and surveys to identify our needs. Working with Woodhouse was very reassuring. They were very detailed at design and budget stage, and utilising their Revit modelling, we knew exactly what we would be getting. Woodhouse worked with us to engage with us properly, listen properly, and they have captured the essence of CAE here in our building.

We contracted Woodhouse first to do the strategy work, then the design, and because the relationship was working really well, we asked them to manage the refurbishment of the build. I was really impressed with Woodhouse. I think they are a really easy company to work with. They very much reflected our culture, very humble, supportive, people-orientated, not arrogant and gave us lot's of options so we could pick things to suit our budget - really flexible and adaptable. I would really recommend Woodhouse as a great company to work with. I feel the feedback from the staff is already overwhelmingly positive.

Just wanted to thank you for the efforts put in to get our new office completed. The transition of the empty space into a fully functional, modern office was great to be part of and it is testament to Woodhouse just how seamless this process was and also the quality of the design. It was a major thing for ENGIE and, without any doubt, it has been a phenomenal success.

We chose Woodhouse for a complete office refit incorporating a full suite of adjustable height desks and new carpet. All was to be carried out within a tight timescale and as such , project management was a key requirement.
