The PAPER-INA litterbin is defined by the duality of its cubic and conical shapes and between its materials: cast stone and plastic. It strives to marry volumes, weights and materials used rarely in this type of street furniture in order to complete our range of solutions for public space requirements.
It builds up from a concrete base which gives this product a clear direction and different faces that strike up a dialogue with street geometries. It is installed on the pavement with or without anchorage, and its heavy weight is offset by its cylindrical interior.
This litterbin is finished with a conical plastic opening which completes its purpose and choose they texture and finish that makes it more user-friendly and facilitates cleaning and maintenance. The stainless steel ring attached with a steel cable is used to grip the plastic bag without requiring any other mechanism.
This product, designed in 2006 by architect Salvador Fabrega, includes the possibility of relating its use, whether it be as a litterbin or a planter, to linear types of installations used to divide pedestrian zones from vehicle traffic.
